Greece's latest bailout request is under review as hopes rise for deal

ATHENS -- Hopes of a bailout deal between debt-ravaged Greece and its European creditors pushed stock markets higher Friday before crunch-time meetings that will decide whether Athens has offered enough cuts to restart rescue funds.
